Oatmeal 
You Need:
1/2 Cup Oats 
Water 
1/2 TSP Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Almond Milk 
1 TSP Flax Seed 
Cook Oatmeal, with water. 
Add all other ingredients and mix. You can add a low calorie sweetener if you want. Enjoy!
