Grocery List

A couple months ago, I made a post about what I grocery shop for. This post was really popular, so I decided that I would make it at the top of the page, instead of months back. This is my basic grocery list, I will add extras to this if the recipe calls for it, but this is what I buy every week or at least make sure I have it in my pantry at all times!

My Basic Grocery List:


  • Coconut Milk / Almond Milk 
  • Strawberries 
  • Coconut Oil 
  • Almonds, Plain or Lightly Salted 
  • Greek Yogurt Plain & Flavored

  • Sweet Potatoes 
  • Organic Whole Grain Bread

  • Deli Turkey Meat, Low Sodium
  • Ground Turkey

  • Cottage Cheese ( Lowfat ) 
  • Blueberries 
  • Bottled Water
  • Black Beans
  • Brown Rice
  • Oatmeal 
  • Frozen Cranberry Juice 
  • String Cheese
