These cookies are fantastic! Not healthy at all but yummy! Another Pinterest recipe that has turned out great!!! They are time consuming, it took me about half hour just to make the cookies into little balls, they are soft and really good though, so worth the 45 minutes of work! (Hey standing is burning calories that I am going to gain when I eat these cookies right?)

Happy Valentines Day - END OF 30 DAYS!

Its been a quick 30 days! But I am very happy with the results. I have lost 5 pounds. Its not 10 but, I think that my results are proof that I have worked my butt off. I think back now, and never should have ate that chips and dip at the super bowl party, or I never should have ate those brownies that I made. I am sure I could have lost a couple more pounds, but right now I feel good with my results and I can see a difference. My Before and after workout is a BIG difference! 30 days ago I just about died doing push ups, now I can do 23 in 50 seconds! It has not been easy. Waking up at 5:35 four times a week is hard, walking outside and getting into a freezing cold car that does not warm up by the time I get to the gym, is harder! But when I get to the gym, I know that this is the place I should be at. I don't ever regret going to the gym.

My 30 DAY CHALLENGE EXERCISES :

Squat Jumps - Then: 22 - Now: 27 ( +5 )
Push Ups - Then: 3 - Now: 23 ( +20 )

My new goal is to be a size 6 by May 25th. My sister is getting married and I will not be the fat sister again! My new goal, is one that I have not been able to be at since I was 18 years old. I know that its going to be really really hard. But I am going to do it. I want to be in a cute swimsuit by summer and not feel fat! I am so ready to feel good about my body! I am in a size 10 now, last week I tried on a 9 and they fit! So 3-4 sizes to go!!! Harder workouts and better eating!

Craft Night!

February craft night was great! Now I am finally posting my pics of my finished projects!

This is my Hair Extension Holder. I used an oatmeal canester. I glued fabric and then ribbon around the canester. Its a little to short, but its better then having hair lay all over my bathroom!


My next was a Chore Jar for my 2 year old and 5 year old boys. I made each kid have different color stick, yellow was chores that they both can do. I added lots of different chores that are age appropriate for them. So far my boys are really liking it. The first couple days they kept wanting to have more chores, so they could pull more sticks! haha!



My last project was my "Rainy Day" Can. I have TONS of activities for my boys to do while we are stuck inside the house. They are not just watching TV. Most of them are things that get my boys up moving and active!

Low Fat Cookies


Since I have been on a diet and I working out so much I am craving chocolate! So I looked on Pinterest for a low fat way to fix my craving. Low fat Cookies are what I found!

These only made about one pan of cookies, so next time I will make a double batch. They were really soft and gooey and they were the perfect thing to have with a big glass of skim milk :) They did not taste low fat at all.

* I added an extra egg. I use medium eggs and it really was dry without the extra egg!

Another Good Day

A couple days ago I was told about myfitnesspal.com. Its FREE! It tracks your weight, your food, and your exercise.
The first day I did it, I really thought I was eating healthy until, I went over my allowed caloric intake, by 145 calories!!! But, the next day I still lost weight! I was so excited, I have not lost weight in 2 months! This was huge for me! I think I am over my plateau and I am back onto losing weight. My before and after pictures will have a change!

Today I lost another .6 of a pound! I was shocked! I can't believe I am down almost 2 pounds from Monday! I have been working out a lot at the gym, My goal is 3 days a week. But I plan on going 4 days this week to make sure there are results for my 30 day challenge. I am still working out at home, and do a lot of weights and floor workouts at home. I use the ball, and do all my ab workouts on the ball.

I feel like I am living an active life. I am really trying to eat healthy. Yesterday I made Kurt and the boys cookies, so of course I had a couple, but hey I spent over an hour at the gym and I was under my calories by the end of the day so I was fine. I guess that's they key, if you work your ass off you can eat whatever you want! hahaha!

This must be why . . .


So i feel like I am eating pretty good. Every couple days I have one unhealthy thing, but I eat small portions and I am working out daily for at least 30 minutes! (today 1 hour) but I have only lost 2 pounds!!!! But yesterday I tried on a smaller pant size and FIT! They were a little tight, but not to bad!!! I can feel my self gaining muscle things I did 4 weeks ago are not hard. I have upped my weights I use to work with from 5 to 8 to 10! I can do more push ups and sit ups and on the 14th I will do my 30 day challenge and I am pretty sure I will be able to beat all the original scores!

When I get on the scale though I want to cry. I am stuck at the same weight. 2 pounds is nothing when you are trying to loose 20 in the long run and 10 in just 30 days. I feel like I have failed a little in this. Today I found a pin on pinterest that may explain what is going on! At least this makes me feel a little better!

My Workouts this week!




(I made a couple changes to this list. I used weights when doing squats and ab workouts. And I used a Ball for all the crunches. )


This week I got a membership to the gym! So this week I did a spin class and weight lifting. I did not think I was sore from the weight lifting that I did yesterday till this morning. I woke up sore and my workout that I did (see above) was the perfect thing to stretch out and still get a good hard workout. I would have loved to go to the gym today, but my husband turned my alarm off and I slept in! But My home work out was fine and I feel good that for 3 weeks in a row I have worked out every day!


I will weight myself on monday. I hope to have lost at least 2-3 pounds!

So I know that I am on a diet, but I was having a chocolate craving. So I only ate a small one! Right after dinner for desert and I ate less dinner. So I felt okay doing it :)

This brownie recipe is really really good. I did not use espresso. I just added a little more coco powder. I used Ghirardelli chocolate chips. It would be better with dark chocolate, I used semi-sweet. They were very soft and super yummy! One of the first things off pinterest that have liked! I will be keeping this recipe!!!
