I get asked all the time, what my workout schedule looks like and what I do for my workouts. This is my basic week. I may change it up a little but for the most part it stays the same. I have recently changed what I do. I am seeing better results with this program, rather then my old program. Each of my weight training sessions is about 45-60 Minutes + the cardio. For cardio I enjoy HIIT (high intensity interval training) I will do this on the treadmill or elliptical and when the weather is nice on my bike or running. My new favorite is the spin bike, LOVE IT!
Monday - Gluteus / Core Work and Cardio 60-90 Minutes
Tuesday - Arms / Shoulders / Back & 15-30 Minute of Cardio
Wednesday - 1 Hour Spin Class in the Morning and 1 Hour Pilates in the Evening
Thursday - 30 Minutes Cardio - Legs
Friday - Arms / Chest & 15-30 Minutes Cardio
Saturday - Glutes and Core & 30 Minute Cardio
Sunday - Rest Day
15 Minute Stretching and/or 30 minute walk
