52 HEALTHY Snacks!!!

I came up with a pretty big list of healthy snacks that I like, between meals! Some of these can even be sides of my meals, or desserts! Enjoy!!!

  5. Strawberries dipped in Yogurt or Cottage Cheese
  6. Dried Fruit
  7. Whole Grain Crackers
  8. 100% Natural Apple Sauce

  11. Unsalted Pretzels 
  12. Glass of Skim Milk 
  13. Plain Popcorn
