5 pounds down

So yesterday was my official weigh in and I was 5 pounds down. I was so happy! I can't believe I lost 5 pounds so fast. Its no been easy. I am sticking to my 1200 calorie diet. I workout everyday and I am making healthy eating choices. For snacks I have a fiber one bar or almonds. We are eating more fish and veggies.
Today my husband told me that he is going on a diet too! I really was shocked. Now I have a fitness partner and we can do this together! I really am so excited. I have been switching up my workouts that I do at home. I am going to start to do more cardio this week with at least 2, one hour fitness classes. That way I can loose some of my fat and show my new muscles!!!
