Cucumber Subs
You Need:
1/2 of A Cucumber
1/2 Cup Turkey or Chicken
1/2 Avocado
1 Slice of Low Fat Cheese
Cut Cucumber in half. Scrape seeds out.
Shred Turkey and place inside cucumber.
Stack all remaning ingredients It helped with the cheese being last, it held it all in.
