Pre Workout Breakfast

I found a YUMMY breakfast that is light, but gives the perfect amount of energy before a work out! 


  • Strawberries cut into slices
  • 1 Tsp Peanut butter
  • 1 Slice Whole Wheat Toast  
Put the peanut butter on the toast and cover with the cut strawberries and ENJOY!
