Band Exercises

Last week in my class, I used only a resistance band. It was a hard workout and I loved it! It was fun and everyone seemed to get a good workout. Today as I was browsing Pinterest, I found this pin. All these exercises I used in my class, so I thought I would share! We did sets of 3, 20 times each set. I was sore the next day!
